Providing the highest level of service to your clients is the key to any successful service business. CCSI works with service based companies to ensure the critical business applications are fully utilized.
The 2006 Chaos report exposes huge RISK in IT projects. Only 36% of projects were completed within budget and on time while only 54% met user expectations (whether done on time or not).
With 35 years of experience and project teams that complete projects within 10% of budgeted time and dollars, CCSI is Minnesota's Premier IT partner.

Pharmacy - Multi Facility
Enables S/36 COBOL to communicate with a document management system via web services.
Technologies: Java, RPG and web services.
I created programs and modified existing programs to create the new ARS web site for use by WKFS Personnel and Banking Institutions. This would allow everything to be entered via a website, but use the iSeries as the data storing, data reporting to the WKFS and banking personnel and IRS reporting for the banking institutions. I also modified the home grown implementer program to allow for RPG IV coded programs to be installed. All new programs were coded in RPG IV. Coded interfaces between the JAVA layer and the iSeries. Coded trigger programs to record data changes. I also was responsible for maintaining the existing system while the new development was being done. Created report programs that generated data files for Crystal Reports to use.
For Food Service Distributor:
We created new programs in RPG IV that allow for order processes between what is called an Upstream Distribution Center and a Downstream Distribution Center. Some items are kept in a central Distribution Center (the Upstream DC) that many other distribution centers (the Downstream DC) can access. This way, the slower moving items are kept in one distribution center (the Upstream DC) instead of taking up space in many distribution centers.
